  • Winter

  • Our clinics are open to both boys and girls.

  • All sessions will be led by Pro Pathway Staff

  • Our camps are for players that are serious about their development, want to progress their game and ultimately play in an academy. Players should currently be at the Gold, Premier, State, NPL, ECNL, ECRL, MLS 2, MLS 1 levels.

  • Pro Pathway staff’s methodology and ultimate goal is to develop players' technical ability, decision making and improve success in small tactical situations of the game (1v1, 2v1, 2v2 and 3v2). Players will be taken through various stations in a very specific topic each day each that optimize development of the key principles.

Focus is on core attacking principles as an individual and the ability to increase successful decisions and speed of play. The game of soccer comes down to 1v1 battles all over the field and Pro Pathway staff develop players to increase their success impacting games and being promoted by their club up through the playing levels or ages.

  •  Initially on day one players will be divided by age and gender. Once coaches establish the level of all players from day one, players will be grouped by skill and placed into groups that challenge each other. Then as the camp progresses coaches will consistently evaluate and move players among groups to give them optimum development.

  • An average player will train 3-4 times a week for 1.5 hours and play 1 game, totaling around 8 hours a week. At a certain point players will become tired, and learning will not be optimized. 9am – 12pm camps will focus on the individual technical training and small tactical exercises with some small, sided play to enhance small group tactical coaching. 9am – 3pm camps will follow the 9am – 12pm curriculum then all players will have a 1-hour lunch break and then continue with 1pm – 3pm of small sided play that is fun and enjoyable with regular breaks). Pro Pathway Staff will be present from 9am – 12pm with our junior staff covering lunch and the afternoon programming.

  • Goalkeepers will work with a goalkeeper coach and take part in a specific warm up, then technical activity, then placed into the optimum stations where they will receive goalkeeper development (shots, crosses and distribution)

  • All players will receive the latest grip socks and shin guards (1 set of each per player)
